About me
Brian McGarvey is the Vice President of Global Distribution & Business Development at Crunchyroll and is responsible for overseeing the distribution and partnerships team across all regions. McGarvey has led the team in securing strategic partnerships with Google, Claro, Roku, and Comcast Xfinity, among many others, to expand Crunchyroll’s global reach and to make anime even more accessible for fans worldwide.
McGarvey brings with him more than 20 years of experience leading global business development, partnerships, and memberships across major consumer brands including Microsoft, eBay, Rhapsody/Napster, and more.
McGarvey has studied at both The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania and holds certifi cations from Section on customer retention and marketing acquisition strategy. He is currently based in Los Angeles.
