Charlotte Maines is the Director of Fire TV Business and Devices Advertising. In her role, Maines is responsible for building ad-supported experiences on all Amazon Devices (Fire TV, Alexa, Tablet) that make screen time with family and friends more enjoyable and the Fire TV device P&L, including marketing, monetization and engagement.
Maines joined Amazon in 2013 as a Product Manager in the nascent streaming entertainment organization, leading the launch of the first Fire TV and Fire TV Stick in 2014. She managed several businesses in her tenure including launch of the Prime rewards program in Whole Foods Market stores nationwide and Prime Exclusive Phones, Amazon’s Android phone program that introduced the hands-free Alexa experience to mobile, before returning to Amazon Devices to focus on advertising and monetization strategy and the Fire TV business.
Maines has an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Dartmouth College. She lives in Seattle with her husband and sons (age 5 and 2), and is running her 36th marathon in New York City Marathon this fall.
