Douglas Scott is a partner and Chief Creative Officer at NETWORK, the leading College Sports
Marketing and Athlete Management Agency representing elite student-athletes, advising colleges and
conferences and collaborating with national brands on NIL initiatives.
In 2016, he co-founded Subnation, a digital media agency that worked with global media, sports
and innovative technology companies such as Amazon, NASCAR, Saks Fifth Avenue, NBC Universal,
Victoria’s Secret, Mythical Games, FOX, and Mastercard. Doug is also the Founding Partner of Culture
Group, an entertainment marketing agency based in Singapore, which manages the cultural strategy and
entertainment marketing for Coca-Cola, Spotify, Nike, Globe Telecom, Riot Games, ESPN and Tencent.
Prior to founding Culture Group, he served as EVP Marketing & Brand Solutions for Endeavor,
where he was responsible for developing and producing innovative and successful marketing platforms
for Fortune 100 brands, building the internal agency to $50 million in 2 years. Before Endeavor, Doug
was Founder and President of WPP’s Ogilvy Entertainment where he created groundbreaking branded
content programs and landmark collaborations for world-class companies. Under his leadership, Ogilvy
Entertainment grew to be an industry pioneer, working with brands to “tell stories that matter.”
He has earned over 60 awards for creativity and effectiveness from Cannes Lions, Effie
Worldwide, CLIO Awards, The Webby’s and The One Show and has Executive Produced and Produced
numerous documentary films and television series.
