About me
As Vice President of Programming and Content Acquisition, Kate Richter manages content acquisition negotiations and develops distribution strategies for DISH and Sling TV. This involves overseeing broadcast retransmission, national distribution, and leased access agreements as she strategically seeks innovative programming rights to ensure EchoStar's video platforms remain competitive within the industry.
Kate holds an MBA from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver and a B.S. from Wake Forest University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time exploring Colorado with her husband, twin daughters and energetic pups.
