Marcy Magiera is Executive Director of DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group, where she leads communications and event strategy for the leading trade group for the digital media entertainment industry representing the interests of the world’s largest media and entertainment companies, consumer electronics manufacturers, platform providers and technology companies.
A former business journalist with 25 years of experience at publications including Advertising Age, Video Business, Variety and The Licensing Letter, Magiera spearheaded the development of DEG’s EnTech Fest in 2022 and the growth of the franchise to include three annual events: EnTech Fest, EnTech Summer Symposium and the EnTech Awards. She also curates the association’s highly regarded DEN newsletter.
