About me
Pamela Duckworth, an award-winning executive producer with extensive experience across all production disciplines and brand marketing, is head of Fubo Studios for Fubo, the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform.
Duckworth brings more than 25 years of production experience - from initial conception to final distribution - in pay TV (live streaming, cable), commercials, live sports and events, syndicated television series, and short-form content to Fubo. She has cultivated close relationships with top directors, producers and agents, and is known for her expert handling of A-list talent from the worlds of film, television, music and sports. Duckworth has worked with Beyonce, Jay Z, Ryan Reynolds, Rob Lowe, Gilbert Arenas and Peyton Manning, to name a few.
At Fubo, Duckworth is responsible for all strategy, creative direction and original programming for the company’s growing owned and operated TV networks, including Fubo Sports, Fubo Movie Network, Fubo Latino Network and more.
Additionally, Duckworth leads Fubo Studios, Fubo’s original production division dedicated to sports and entertainment programming across multiple formats. Fubo Studios’ first production was the 2024 award-winning docuseries Evolution of the Black Quarterback, a co-production with Michael Vick and SMAC Productions (Constance Schwartz-Morini and Michael Strahan). Duckworth also oversaw Fubo’s programming and marketing partnership with Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort.
Duckworth is founder of Duckworth Entertainment and Holiday House Productions. Prior to Fubo, she held senior production, advertising, marketing and events roles at DIRECTV, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and QVC, as part of the home shopping channel’s launch team,
